I think it all begins with our pursuit for perfection. Not achieving it brings us down. Then you take a look at the media and they’re preaching perfection and not growth. We have to be perfect NOW or we don’t exist. Another reason is judgement, we judge each other and ourselves for literally EVERYTHING. People are afraid to show who they truly are because most people will judge them.
The way our society is built we are meant to tear down our fellow man so we can garner success instead of banding together. We long for companionship but once we’ve been through the pain once or even a couple times it’s really hard to get back up.
We don’t have enough positive because it’s really hard to be positive these days with the way our society looks.
Never thought something so inspirational could come from a simple question i posed.
